Hello Arts Academy Families and Friends!
Our Spring Recitals and Showcases happen every May. All recital related information can be found here as it is available. Please be sure to read carefully so that you don't miss any important deadlines or details. Here are some recital month details for you and your family. If you are a parent of an Arts Academy dancer you will want to make sure that you are signed up on the BAND app as we use that often throughout the season and will start using it even more going into the end of the season. If you need help signing up please contact the front desk and we are happy to help.

Tickets will go on sale starting May 1st. You can find the link to purchase tickets to both shows on our homepage starting on May 1st, 2025.

Order Your Recital Ad Here:
Recital ads are ways to recognize your child and a great addition to their souvenir program. Businesses can also use this link to advertise in the program. The deadline to submit all recital ads will be in your studio calendar You will submit the ads and upload your pictures all from the same link and the link is below. It will also be on BAND. and under the Recital 2025 tab on the website. Please be sure you don't miss the deadline.

Order Recital T-shirts and Programs:
Programs: Each student that performs in the recital receives one souvenir program for free which is included in your recital fee. If you want to purchase additional program books please sign up for those on the sign up link when it is available.

T-shirts: All students performing in the recital have a recital t-shirt included in their recital fee. Those will come home with them during picture week. There will be a sign up link closer to recital time if you would like to order a matching parent t-shirt.

Memory Pages for the Recital Program Book:
If you have any great pictures you have taken of your dancer or classes or dance friends during the season please be sure to send those to us so that we can consider using them for our recital program memory pages. We love to have pictures of as many of our classes and students included as possible. You can email those by replying to this email or emailing to [email protected] at anytime during the season.
Picture Week Reminder:
Monday May 12th-Friday May 16th
Non-competitive classes will meet at their regular class time and should arrive in costume with hair and makeup ready or should arrive early before class begins to get ready at the studio.

Competitive company will have a revised schedule for picture week that will be posted on BAND.
